Folder Location for uploading to BlueHost

I’m pretty much a newbie and first time DIY website publisher. I’ve been using BlueHost for about a year and Sitely (6.0.4) for the same.

BlueHost had been logging me out every 2 or 3 month since I signed up. I figured it was a security thing. I’d just had to change my password to get right back in. Same thing happened this time, but when I changed the PW, it started telling me my “Server Folder Location” was wrong. I’ve been trying now for 3 days to fix it - BH support was no help. Deleting my FTP account and creating a new one (multiple times) hasn’t helped.

BH was obsessed with getting /public_html to work. I’ve been trying every variation of the listed directory and path. Always the same error. I’m willing to start from complete scratch just to get access to my site back. Could someone please tell me what I should be putting in the file location path, and where I can find it on BlueHost.

@Icy_Respect, it might be best to shoot @duncan a quick email on feedback@sitely.app only because he has had a lot of experience with these hosts not behaving as they should.
