This is where we need to think a bit different in how a CMS works.

Sitely itself is already a CMS living on your localhost, not on a cloud server. If you are wanting it on a cloud server so your clients can edit their Sitely website well, that isn’t possible.

There are third-part software out there that you can embed into Sitely but with limits.
The other way is you create the Sitely website for the client and they open it up on their own purchased Sitely app and then they can do the editing on their end after a bit of a walkthrough from you having them know what they are doing.

Do you mean like the system WIX has?
