Yes I understand Duncan, but all files and folders are not in the right folder named ctibmobile.ca. See the screen capture
What that means is that your web host has configured the two domains to share the same folder. You need to ask them to separate the folders.
Resolved. The problem was 400 cm in front of the screen.
