Hi, I’m about to buy the Sitely app, but I have a question that wasn’t clear to me during the purchasing process. I’m going to buy the PRO version, which is on sale for 50% on Black Friday for $59.99.
When I buy it, do I own the version forever or will it only work for a year?

When buying the Sitely V5+ Pro app you own the version forever. You would also get a number of updates when they come out until Sitely jumps up to V6. But I might be half-wrong on that? Not about the updates but about when Sitely jumps to V6.

On a side note, for me I am very happy with the subscription model giving me peace of mind that I always have the latest onboard.
With Sitely one time licenses, the license never expires and can be used with future versions of the software, but it only will unlock the features of the current version.
If at some point in the future you want newer features you can upgrade the license. Generally upgrading a license from one version to the next has a 50% discount on the full price of the license
In other words you get fixes and minor improvements forever, and can opt to upgrade the later license if you want newer features.
