I haven’t yet had a chance to delve into the “new” Sparkle (Sitely) yet, but is there any built-in functionality for setting up web-based appointments?
I don’t use Square anymore for CC processing, but they had a wonderful tool for taking appointments online and even taking deposits, etc.
Is there a built-in app like that in Sitely, or can you guys recommend a good web-based tool that I can embed into my new site?
Actually found the answer: Setmore. Perfect for at least my needs and probably would work well for anyone offering services vs. products.

Thanks for the discovery, I didn’t know about it! Personally, I use Zoho Bookings, but I’ll give Setmore a try.
I think I tried Zoho pre-covid but wasn’t very happy with it. “Setmore” seems to have it all figured out and the platform seems much more advanced than others. I haven’t built it into my new site yet but I’ll report back the experience.
I implemented two calender-appointments.
The one is Acuity (belongs to Square Space) and the other one
(free of charge) is fresha.
You can also use Calendly, but for my clients it was not so an elegant solution.
I still haven’t had a chance to put Setmore into a real-world test environment but will consider these if there are no-go issues.
