Create a Christmas card with snow flakes effect

My wife paint some card and I want to add some flakes or snow. I have a html code for that and I would like to create something simple that I can send to my friends.

I was trying to do that but in the option to enter a HTML seems I need to upgrade from Pro to Developer? I move to Pro to have a decent webtools (passwords, etc..I am not web professional, I only enjoy doing some personal webs for me, my son.

Is some way that I can create a simple Christmas card with some snow efect without to move to the developer license?. Thanks

@iPisco, no you do not need to move across to “Developer”.
In your case you would use the Embed element on your Sitely page with the code supplied to make snowflakes happen on the page.

Not knowing what sort of code you have you most likely will not see the effect in Preview, but only on Publish(ing) your website.
