Dark mode switch

It would be a good addition for the dark mode to have a switch you can toggle to change the appearance, not only the default device appearance.

I am not sitting right in front of Sparkle but I think I have seen a switch in the settings.

My client would like to have such a switch on their website, I would be very happy about an implementation in the foreseeable future.
