Group of grouped pages?

It would be nice to have repeating items for a group of page… and also a sub group of pages.

For example

  • Group 1 with common items
    • page 1
    • page 2
    • Group 2 with a sub common items for those pages, including common items from Group 1
      • page 3
      • page 4
