How can I show products in tabs?

On a page, I want to show two categories of products, in a layout similar to the attached pic. How can I do that in Sitely?

I found this older post in which Duncan provided a link to the Sitely Popups doc page. But Sitely has come a long way in the five years since. Is there a different and more streamlined approach available now?

Popups are the way to go with this type of arrangement. It’s very easy to do using Sitely’s standard toolbox elements. This is how I would approach it.
