How create a text block/button that not scroll with page?

Hello to everyone,
I would like create a button that remains fixed in the place where I put it but I am not secure if this is possible. Suggestions?

@MultimediaMan, You could “group” (select both elements and right-click) a text box with your button and then you’ll notice on the right hand panel “Select to browser bottom”, select this. You can now give the text box element height so to position your button where you want on the canvas to keep it in place. You will need to play to get it just right for what you want but I reckon it will work for you in a roundabout sort of way.
