How do I create a table in Sitely?

Can somebody help me how do I create a table in Sitely? Thanks,

@YaWb, to create a table you will need to have a think in how you want to display it, and then manually create it with Box(es) and Text Box(es).

There is no table widget in Sitely.

You can try creating a table in Numbers, copying it, and pasting it onto the Sitely page. The only issue is that it copies an image, not a real table. However, if you just need a tabular representation of the values, you can always update them in Numbers and repeat the process. Unfortunately, this is one of the limitations of the program, and at the moment there are no other solutions—unless you want to drive yourself crazy creating box after box to imitate a table.

He he he @MultimediaMan I didn’t drive myself crazy but I know what you mean! :wink:

The other way might be embedding a table into Sitely, but in the end not ideal. Another way could be “scrapping” a table from something like Notion.

It was driving me nuts when I tried to do exactly this myself a few weeks ago. It is definitely a function that should be incorporated into the app :+1:

Yes, it is way overdue for the app that constantly requests paid upgrades!

I struggled with the table too, but now with the help of AI I have it written, including a responsive display for mobile and paste it over, Embed. I also used AI for the two-task button. The only thing you have to be careful about when using Ai is that you have to write in the assignment that the code must not affect the running of the application. He will take care of the rest himself and encapsulate it. Everything works as it should. I have no programming experience, so anyone can do it.
