Hello, I purchased a .info domain, but when I try to publish to the webspace, I receive an error message and it will not proceed to where I can enter FTP information. Are .info domains supported?
I was able to get the site live (www.jchomeservice.info) by FTPing the files via Fetch, but that takes several extra steps and it’s much preferable to publish from inside Sparkle.
There’s nothing different about .info or other top level domains.
jchomeservice.info doesn’t seem to resolve. It does appear to be registered, but the DNS not is configured correctly perhaps?
Thanks for the quick response, Duncan! I’m not sure I know how to configure the DNS, but I’ll reach out to my host.
OK, after checking with the host, I changed a couple settings and it looks like it worked. Thanks again for monitoring this community, I’m always so impressed by how fast you provide help!! Sparkle RULES!!
