Is there a way to expand a text box?

I’d like to have a couple of lines of text, then an ellipsis, and then a link to expand the text. Like so:

This is introductory text … [MORE]

I’d like the expanded text box to push everything else down the page, and I’d like to be able to click a link at the bottom of the expanded box to collapse it again.

Can that be done in Sparkle?
