I could be wrong but it seems that there are several/many things being tightened within GDPR with new laws extending it as of June 28, has anyone seen the new requirements and know how to implement them?
It’s not just EU citizens who are increasingly subjected to digital repression. In the UK (GDPR), companies processing data of British citizens must comply with the new, stricter requirements of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 from June 19, 2026. From this date, a formal, transparent process for data protection complaints, including a 30-day response obligation, will be mandatory.
