Object Selection Element - How to Import Object and Value?

I have an “Object Selection” element which has a list of all 50 US States. For example, object=Hawaii and value=HI. I have these values in a text file, but I can’t figure out how to import both the object and value into the list. What is the format (if any) that works? Is there a way to export the current list?

Unfortunately this Option does not import a value assigned with the object.
Or there is a secret code how to do this.
Maybe our Master Duncan ca say how it is done.
