'One time Auction set-up'

I’m looking for a one time simple auction set-up, some advice?? Thanks, Lode

Are you wanting a third-party approach @lode.rosel or natively in Sparkle?

I have created and maintained an auction house natively within Sparkle. For me there is a bit of work every fortnight in updating all the images and assigning lot numbers to the images as overlays. You can see it here - https://armitageauctions.com

For me I haven’t used the Image/Video Grids (although I have tried to see if it can work for me several times), instead a grid of Images.

Thanks, it’s one time event, so going with a third party would be reasonable. But I enjoy working/experimenting in Sparkle, I’m retired, so this keeps me busy. So your auction site is made completely in Sparkle? Nicely done.
(I’m using the grid’s in combination with button’s and hidden layout blocks. Het Paradijs)

Ok third-party… Something like this might be of help to you - Auction Widget - add auction bidding to your website!

This auction widget is specifically built to embed into stand alone websites.
So something like this should work for you.

Hi, thanks, I will check this out. You misunderstood me a bit, it should be the way to go for a one time auction, but I like experimenting with Sparkle. I was not aware that there is a way to do this in Sparkle.
EDIT: unfortunately the Auction widget is not developed yet.
