Your post is a bit vague, but are you saying you have exported Sitely to your local drive and now viewing it in a browser? If so you will always have issues doing it that way.
Sitely has a Preview built in (the eye icon, top right) where WYSIWYG.
The built in http://localhost:14444/ webpage

There is a second option besides localhost… Have you tried that one as well?
Also, sometimes closing the browser and opening it again resolves a miss connection. This maneuver is also true for Sitely.

Ok, strange…
Preview(ing) devices can be on the computer you are using or other devices. I didn’t ask you what device are you viewing it on? If you have Preview set to “view on computer” then you won’t see your web page on any other device.
If this is not the case it might be best to have a chat with @duncan at feedback@sitely.app
