Did not happen often enough to bother my work so I did not post earlier.
Having problems with the right side scroll bar.
The last 2 updates did not fix this problem.
It comes and goes while you are working.
Really bad having to use your mouse scroll to get around.
Then it is back again.

Are you referring to the scrollbar in Sparkle or the one visible during the preview in your browser?
The one in the Sparkle.
When it happens (not often), if you widen the page or shrink it back. & forth some it can bee seen, then gone. But sometimes you catch it just right and it will stay (probably as long as you do not change the width of the Sparkle window.
If you never close Sparkle, start by quitting the app and reopening it. This can fix many issues. Then check if the problem persists.
Otherwise, try reproducing the bug while recording your screen using the screenshot tool included with macOS, and send the video to Duncan (feedback@sparkleapp.com)
