Can a Fixed in Window PopUp allow its window content to change by clicking on another PopUp in a list while scrolling webpage list beneath PopUp? Assuming there is a long list of webpage content, and each line of the list should lead to an individualt PopUp. Each PopUp displayed would be a same size phone display.
